    • Input client information into our system.
    • Create client files for initial meetings.
    • Prepare documents for client presentations including client review, report compilation, duplication and distribution.
    • Prepare and distribute printed letters and marketing materials to prospects and clients.
    • Assist in the photocopying, filing and submission of applications and service work.
    • Maintain current marketing materials and keep record of their use/disposal.
    • Perform ad hoc requests and answer general questions for clients and advisors.
    • Serve as Case Manager for all new business. This includes but is not limited to quality control for reviewing applications before submission. Track applications daily to ensure business is processed quickly and accurately.
    • Serve as the liaison between the Advisors, our managing partner’s new business Case Managers, para-med companies, life insurance brokers and investment companies to answer questions, fix issues, and keep cases moving.
    • Maintain/update all transaction, checks, securities & logs for compliance and email out as necessary.
    • Serve as Sales Assistant requiring case preparation for client reviews, prospect appointments, and meetings. Also, review and update all clients’ information in our system.
    • Maintain marketing materials. Ensure that they are the most recent compliance approved versions.
    • Prepare financial analysis for client cases. Review files and update all new information for review or/and financial plan found in the system used within our office.
    • Be the administrator and continually train on the systems used within the office.
    • Maintain life, variable life and health insurance licenses. Maintain FINRA 6 and 63 licenses to be able to assist Advisor in sales. Conduct continuing education and professional development to ensure maintenance of a general understanding of the major products our Advisors sell.
    • First point of contact for all clients via phone and office visits.
    • Fulfill customer service requests including but not limited to withdrawals, beneficiary changes and death claims.
    • Assist in marketing new business opportunities using current clients and external sources.
    • Input client information into our system.
    • Perform general administrative duties to include but not limited to: database maintenance, photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
    • Sort, screen, log and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Ensure that all office personnel are aware of visitors to the office daily.
    • Order all office supplies and track billing of the same.
    • Bill junior advisors for office supplies, staff salaries, postage and incidentals monthly.
