Michael J. Fischer, CLU, ChFC, CAP, AIF, president and CEO of Client 1st Financial, a Lehigh Valley–based wealth management firm and member of Osaic Wealth Inc. (Osaic), has earned qualification for the prestigious Osaic Ovation Conference, one of the highest honors awarded to financial professionals within Osaic’s national network. In recognition of this accomplishment, Fischer will join fellow Ovation qualifiers at a company-sponsored conference at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort from May 30 to June 6.

With 38 years of experience in the financial services industry, Fischer is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table. He has also earned the elite Top of the Table distinction five times, recognizing the highest standards of excellence within the profession. An active member of the community, Fischer received the Icon Honors distinction from Lehigh Valley Business in 2025.
